TO CHESTERFIELD FROM DAVE WITH LOVE.....

IMG_3902
On Sunday we are giving opportunity for a number of people to share 2-3 minutes on what God is saying to them and the church or what exciting and encouraging things God is doing in their lives.  It's really encouraging that God speaks into everyone's lives and he is powerful to do great things.

The Bible says not to neglect meeting together so please make every effort to be there and to make it a special time together.  Come ready to receive with a faith-filled expectation that God will speak to you for your life and be ready to pour out faith-filled encouragement for others.  Together, making it a dynamic time.

Is your heart aflame for God?

Are you encouraged and in faith for God to do great things?

If not, allow God to light the blue touch paper this week.  When we spend time in the light of his presence he fires our hearts with his passion.  Fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith and let's not get distracted in these days of great expectation.

PREPARING THE BRIDE

This Sunday at the Winding Wheel there is a Wedding Fair so just like last week Chesterfield will be meeting in the Assembly Rooms above the Market Hall at 10.30am (Coffee from 10am).
We'll focus on our ongoing mission of preparing the 'Bride of Christ' for his return by worshipping together and hearing what God has to say to us.  You are all invited!

At 6pm at the Compass we have Cafe Church. Looking forward to worshipping together and what Ben has to share with us.

CHESTERFIELD NOT THERE FOR THE BEER!

Chesterfield's meeting this week will not be at The Winding Wheel as normal because they are hosting a Beer Festival.  Instead you will find us at 10.30am in the Assembly Rooms above the new Market Hall in the centre of the Market Place.  The entrance is on the top side of the building facing the old Post Office.  Access to the upstairs room is either by stairs or lift.

You will find us joyfully celebrating together but the source will be an entirely different Spirit!
